we're fairly sure something ?big? has happened this week, but remembering what that is, is killing us. It may have in fact just been the Mercury Music Prize, but we lost interest in that the second that feather-headed, bed sheet wearing, double barrel named, ?artist? won.
No, news has happened this week right? Is Gaddafi doing things involving fleeing national hate campaigns? Did someone die?? People are always dying; someone must have gone and bought some brown bread. The world has basically plodded along all week, even the BBC has had to stoop to stories about calorie counting and Strictly Come Dancing while The Sun has run the story about a ?thug? winning money on a programme based around the concept of colour so many times that they have run out of puns; literally a giant tumbleweed is blowing across the earth.
There is music to digest however.
