His racist-seeming mouth may have got his TV show yanked off air, but at least Dog The Bounty Hunter is no longer a wanted man in Mexico, and how many of us can say that?
Well, all of us probably. Anyway, Dog The Bounty Hunter has lived with the threat of extradition to Mexico over his head for some time now, after an ill-advised bounty-hunting jaunt there in 2003, but now a Mexican court has dropped his charges.
Dog The Bounty Hunter's a free man again! Finally he'll be able to ditch that ridiculous disguise of his and live his life normally again.
That is a disguise, right?
Ever since he was taped being all kinds of racist about his son's girlfriend, it's fair to say that Dog The Bounty's life has fallen to pieces. Not only did advertisers yank their commercials from his show faster than you can say "I'm not going to take any chance ever in life of losing everything I've worked for 30 years because some fucking nigger heard us say nigger," but it made Dog The Bounty Hunter cry on TV, and that's upsetting in itself because each of Dog The Bounty Hunter's tears are big enough to wipe out a small village.
But let's look on the bright side. Luckily for Dog The Bounty Hunter, he has that bounty-hunting skill to fall back on – plus now his show isn't being televised any more, he longer has to worry about viewers complaining about his extreme hunting methods, so he can unleash some massively unethical weapons on his targets, like bear mace or, um… oh.
But the main piece of good news for Dog The Bounty Hunter is that the Mexicans no longer want him shipped to their country and locked up. You see, bounty hunting is illegal in Mexico, but that didn't stop Dog The Bounty Hunter going there to capture a serial rapist in 2003. Anyway, long story short, Mexico wanted Dog locked up, the US congress wouldn't hand him over and it all got a bit fraught.
But today Dog The Bounty Hunter is a free man. The Associated Press reports:
Duane "Dog" Chapman cannot be extradited to Mexico to face criminal charges in his capture of serial rapist and fugitive Andrew Luster in 2003, a three-judge panel in Mexico has ruled. "He's a free man," Chapman's San Francisco-based attorney, James A. Quadra, said in a telephone interview late Tuesday. "They can't reinstate any criminal charges and as a result of that, there's no basis for them to then seek extradition."
That's wonderful, and we're sure that Dog The Bounty Hunter will be as sincerely contrite about breaking Mexican law as he was when he was taped being all racist and stuff. Since that episode, Dog The Bounty Hunter has clearly grown as a person, and is obviously more sensitive to what offends others. Right?
Quadra said Chapman and his crew could return to Mexico one day. "Dog loves what he does. He likes to capture the bad guy. If a bad guy is in Mexico, who knows what Dog will do in the future?"
OK, ignore everything we just said. Dog The Bounty Hunter's an idiot.

I really don’t undestand the fuss about name calling we all do it and it is an everyday task. we might not realize that we do that but we do it.. I like Dog and i don’t think it is fair for him to lose his career over that.. then we are all guilty and we all know that, we are all racist in so many was. I am a muslim woman and i know that there are people calling me names in my work force and they still have their and go on with life and what about the T.V show that make racist remarks against muslim ! nothing happens to them .
Dog show should be put back on the air and let the people decide if they want to watch him or not ..because i do like his show and think that is not fair for me to miss his show because of what he has said …. we are all adult and we need to act like adults and teach our kids that racist is wrong …..every race included ..

HI To the Chapman family,I was horrified when my daughter phoned me in South Africa to say that you and the show was taken off the air,I thinks it is pethetic,as what about all these other people who come up with name for whites in songs etc and other nations , like Musarath said it is a everyday task, and as well like she said they put the muslims down all the time and nothing is done about it, I am white and have been called so many names but that does not worry me ,I just laugh it off,and as far as Im concerned that what your son did was out rageous,,maybe his wife was behind it ,but then he still has a mouth to say no,I hope he stays in jail ,if he is out ,he will pay eventually for what he did to you people, remember Duane and Beth and all the others what goes around comes around and they will be sorry one day .
But God nows best ,what will happen next in your lives,
I really miss your shows as Im now back in Canada
Take care hoping one day it will ocme back on air,

ive read loads of things about Dog.. But to be honest i dont realy believe everything… I watch dog the bounty hunter all the time.. I watch it that much i even sing the song at the beginning.. I think its great what he and the rest of the family do.. Sometimes a little push in the right direction is all people need.. I dont believe this will be the end of the dog and i dont believe he ment what he said about his sons girlfriend…It’s wrong people slaughter him for one word.. When its in songs and people say it to each other most days now.. Why should people judge people on words… I love the Chapmans and i cant wait to see it back on tv……
Thanks..

Hey! Maybe H’spray should think about
creating a new site : Postcards From the Criminally Stupid
Gosh, I really hope you’ll do it…I just love all you’ve done
for the simple-minded…I guess most people are cretins these days…
but to be honest, I’m not sure they’ll be able to find it….but maybe
just maybe you could do it and then find a way to send 40 billion volts
through the MOTHERFUCKING KEYBOARD to solder them into
their chairs so I’ll have more room on the sidewalk…ok…peace!!!

I have a strange fascination with Dog the Bounty Hunter as a form of entertainment! On the one hand, it is good to see them pray before a “mission” but dismaying to hear all the bleeped language coming out of their mouths. You know darn well that they are saying the “F” word sometimes. I believe that, as professed Christians, they should control their language, especially on air. It does not reflect positively on Christianity. Granted, we are human beings with frailties, but people in the public eye professing certain things have an obligation to maintain a higher standard of behavior.
Please, you all, watch what comes out of your mouths, especially on the air. If you control it more when in private, I believe it will be easier to control it in public when under stress.
God Bless you all, Chapman family.
