Sometimes we think that Beyonce is the most talented woman in history, what with all her songs that sound the same and that dance she does that looks like she's running away from a monster through a room littered with mousetraps.
And sometimes we think that Beyonce is so flaming talented that we secretly wonder if all her ideas are her own. And we're not the only ones – Beyonce was taken to court recently by a female songwriter who claimed that Beyonce had stolen the lyrics to the song Baby Boy from one of her old songs. However, a judge has thrown the case out on its ear, comprehensively proving that the one idea Beyonce has ever had is all her own.
Maybe we're being a bit too harsh on Beyonce – she's had way more than one original thought in her life. For example, the idea to get thin by only eating syrup? That was all Beyonce. The idea to name her new album after the instrument that Frenchmen use to wash their genitalia and anus with? All Beyonce too. The idea to boo Beyonce furiously every time her name was mentioned at the MOBO awards? OK, that one wasn't Beyonce's idea, but you get the idea.
So when songwriter Jennifer Armour sued Beyonce last year, claiming that Beyonce had stolen the lyrics of Got A Little Bit Of Love For You for her quite good but not as good as Crazy In Love hit Baby Boy, the judge only had one option – to chuck the case out of court, as MSNBC reports:
Armour said her former manager submitted demo recordings of her song to various studios including Columbia Records and Atlantic Recording Corporations, record labels for Knowles and Sean Paul, who is featured in the song. However, the court did a side-by-side comparison of the two songs to look for substantial similarity – a key component of copyright infringement – and found they were “substantially dissimilar.”
Luckily, after the court proved that Baby Boy was all hers, Beyonce was at hand with one of her legendarily witty and charismatic statements:
“It’s unfortunate that lawsuits such as this one occur, but I am grateful and relieved to have this behind me and I am eager to move on.”
Not so fast, Beyonce! We have reason to believe that you've been pinching one of our ideas – the idea that, whenever we speak for around three minutes, Jay-Z must turn up and do a bit of a rap in the middle to give us a rest and let us do a pouty sexy dance. We'll see you in court, Beyonce!

Did Beyonce sing Jennifer Hudsons song at the Grammys? Whatever the answer, Beyonce doesn’t have the heart and soul of Jeniffer. Beyonce is doing some very politically correct moves on dissing Jeniffer. She’s so threaten and it’s obvious to all, even all the people at the Grammys. She won’t be lasting long and I say her supermacy attitude is unbecoming to say the least but it has shown her real character. I say, Jennifer should have sung at the Grammys, not that phoney prettier than thou you know what. And why hasn’t anyone else said so. Are they threaten by the Beyonce connections in the industry. Look what happen to the girl who tried to prove Beyonce copt her song. What low life for a more than blessed Beyonce. Pride cometh before the fall. She’ll be needing to put her parachute on If she continues as her insecured biggness is, then she’s going to need it. And I will sadly say, “I told you so”.

Amazingly, at the start of Destiny Child’s, I was on board. Through the passage of time I have gone ashore. This group, but particularly Beyonce is SO overrated.
It is disgusting how gross idolatry is in this world. I don’t even take the music industry seriously anymore; why would anyone? It’s all about incredible marketing, slick image-
making and commercial prostitution. I don’t put anyone down for trying to make a living, but I won’t put anyone UP for making a killing exploiting the common folk trying to make a living.
It’s disgusting really. They put these slick shiney packages in front of the world for enticement and it’s all fake. Even their supposed humility is fake.
Beautiful inside and out? I hardly think so. On the outside: fake. pomp. and obnoxiously everywhere. On the inside: greed and disrespect to all other beings by flaunting their sexuality. It causes flawed men to fall and women to buy into a base level of esteem.
Beyonce is an attractive female with probably limited intellect, which she makes up for in drive; but I do not see wherein she is more attractive than many other females, though
they may not be packaged as “aggressively” or more talented than even the gal that sued her. I guess America is so starved to see a black face with ” blond hair”
that they will scurry after her for the time being, offering their money and worship all in the name of being a fan.
Thank you and have a nice day.

I think beyonce steals ideas of other songs…like If i were a boy is basically the same song as Like a Boy from ciara.
and i know Beyonce probably didnt steal the song Halo from the tv series One Tree Hill, but the songs are very much alike.
