Of all the people looking forward to the release of Pirates Of The Caribbean 2, we'd expect that Keira Knightley is close to the top of the list, since it gives her a chance to pout about at premieres like the world's sexiest lollipop.

You see, with every passing film, Keira Knightley seems to get a little bit skinnier. Keira knows how skinny she is – and she's decided to speak out about her wasting frame. And by 'speak out' we mean 'dress up in three square inches of gold lame and stare vacantly into a camera while telling everyone that she doesn't really mind being skinny.'

Keira Knightley mainly makes two types of films – the one where she wears a corset and people say how good she is in it, and the one where she doesn't wear a corset, cuts her hair short and people say how rubbish she is in it. That's why nobody got excited about The Jacket or Domino and everyone gets excited about Pride And Prejudice and Pirates Of The Caribbean. But, corset or no corset, all Keira Knightley films have one constant – her tiny concave belly.

The crisp-bribing, partially naked starlet – one of the only people around who makes Victoria Beckham look like Vanessa Feltz – has been the centre of all kinds of speculation about her caved-in cheeks and general corpsey skinny appearance lately, and so Keira Knightley decided to speak out about her gaunt image at the Pirates Of The Caribbean 2 premiere in Leicester Square yesterday:

"Whatever people say about my weight they are all wrong. Hollywood is all about the way you look and I don't think that's the healthy thing for anyone. But if you're strong and comfortable with yourself then you're going to be fine."

And we'll say this for Keira Knightley; she certainly is strong and comfortable. Not with herself – we don't know about that – but we used her skinny arms and legs to clean out some test tubes the other night while she was asleep, and she was far more strong and comfortable than most other scrawny celebrities that we've used for nocturnal laboratory glassware cleansing. Like that Nicole Richie – she left all kinds of streaks.
