Stargate Universe – Exclusive Clip

by David Scarborough on July 2, 2010 9 Comments

Stargate used to be a franchise that was labelled alongside other sci-fi dross such as Farscape and Babylon 5.

The type of indecipherable nonsense that appealed to closet masturbators and those guys who sit in the dark writing fan fiction. Well, that all changed recently, with Stargate Universe revitalising the franchise and propelling back into your cranium with a quality cast and a new edge to proceedings. It’s all helped no less by Begbie himself, Robert Carlyle, who has swapped glassing people for exploring both time and space.

With the first series hitting those newfangled technological marvels that are DVD and Blu-ray from Monday July 5, we’re bringing and exclusive clip of people yapping about the show. What more could you possibly want? Blood?

You call these empty-eyed dull-faced plastic figurines a ‘quality cast’?
I guess half a loaf is better than no bread.

I laughed at this. The cast and stories of the previous two Stargate shows are miles above anything Universe has shown us.
I think “Begbie” is a bit overrated, even though I enjoyed RC’s performance a great deal in The Full Monty.

I can understand people prefering the more light hearted style or characters of SG1 and SGA, but the acting was certainly nothing special. I liked both previous shows & I also enjoy SGU but I have to say the SGU cast are definitely a big step up acting wise especially the leads.

Glad you’re enjoying SGU (as am I), but – since when is it guys who write fanfic, especially Stargate fanfic? Get your smears straight!

sgu is topnotch quality compared to the other stargate drivel. i mean… mcgyver in space? come on.

although it’s quite evident how it’s gotten the revamp à la battlestar galactica treatment.

SGU is the best stargate to date. Far more cerebral than the stargates before it. It shows how stargate has evolved to be one of the best shows on TV.

I really doubt that the Jew writers of Stargate Universe ever read these comments, simply because they don’t give a rat’s ass what people think. They’re pushing the liberal agenda down America’s throat, using TV shows at their venue. Atheism, adultery, fornication, profanity, nudity, sex acts, and a continual barrage of hateful remarks about American morals and values.
These are what comprise the meat of most episodes. We never needed to put all that crap out there before the liberals took over Hollyweird and the rest of the media. Movies were excellent, and they didn’t use any of that filth.

It’s poisoning the hearts and minds of our young, just as they planned. Most Americans don’t have a clue as to what and who are behind the liberal movement, or they’d be fighting tooth and nail to remove all those degenerates from power, both in Holyweird and in Washington. And it’s not just the Democrats. What 90% of Americans don’t realize is that the Republicans are working with the Democrats in this evil conspiracy to destroy America and transform it into a police state. But first they have to destroy the economy. This will give them the authority to declare martial law to restore order, and of course..suspend the constitution.

Once this is done, we’ll never get our rights back. They’ll institute a communist police state..as planned for the past 75 years. Think I’m full of it? Fine. Just sit back and watch. Time will show you the horrible truth, a lot sooner than you can believe…
