The Jackson family are born performers aren’t they? Those that numbered up the Jackson 5 all loved the limelight and, in later years, so did Papa Joe with that belt-brandishing look in his eye and, of course, world-weary mother Katherine.
We also got LaToya and Janet thrown in for free too, which is nice. Not to mention the champion hurdler Colin and Hobbit botherer, Peter.
What a family! However, Michael Jackson’s son is not like the rest of his clan. He’s ‘nervous’ about testifying in the trial related to his dad’s death.
Apparently, the former King of Pop’s eldest children – Prince and Paris (not to be confused with the singer Prince and the city of Paris) -? are both understood to be completely determined to give evidence after Michael died from… drum roll please… acute Propofol intoxication!
We’ve tapped out the word Propofol so many times since 2009 that we honestly feel like we have a decent case to get some kind of royalty.
A man who hasn’t exactly done the brand any favours is doctor Conrad Murray who has been charged with involuntary manslaughter.
Murder by medicine if you will. That’s not a legal term we’ll point out. We’re just trying to make a catchy buzzphrase that will take-off. You can have that one for free if you write a dreadful book about the whole Jackson’s Corpse v. Murray trial.
AAAAANYWAY.
Prince and Paris were both eyewitnesses to, ostensibly, their ‘dad’ dying. They watched him cease to be on the bedroom floor which is enough to ensure they’ll grow up warped. Well,? Katherine Jackson did say that her grandchildren were going to grow up just like their father.
It’s reported that sources close to Prince say the 14-year-old is nervous and worried that if he’s called to the stand he might get flustered and mess up,’
The trial against Murray begins today in Los Angeles
It has been reported that if Prince (again, not to be confused with the singer of the same name – it really is making the whole thing stupidly confusing) does give evidence, the lawyers may well clear the courtroom so his nerves don’t get the better of him.
If the court isn’t cleared, then Joe Jackson will get a performance by beating the living shit out of the poor tyke and throwing him into the spotlight. POSSIBLY.
Interestingly, one story that’s not being talked about much – the one we like the best because it has a filthy air of mystery about it – is that the fingerprints found on the syringe that killed MJ haven’t been identified and that they apparently don’t belong to Murray or any member of Michael’s family or staff.
Conspiracy theorists reckon it’s a ‘Mr. X’ who dished out the lethal dose and fled the scene of the crime with over $1 million in cash in their back pocket.
It definitely wasn’t us, okay?

Stop talking about innocent children! They are 14 and 13 years old! Grow up, grow a heart, and think for a second what it would feel like to lose your only parent at such a young age and then have idiots on the web blogging about you with absolutely no insight into what happened on the worst morning of your life when your father died.
Nobody says
U’re an Ass! And wht’s with the “dad”. He was their father u dummy!

Only parent? That’s interesting. The pain of birth must have been unbearable, thus leading to a deadly painkiller addiction. I’m down with that theory.
“Push MJ, puuuush for the love of god!”
“I eeeeeheeeeeeeeeeeeee am! Screw the holistic natural shit, give me drugs!”
Oh, wait… I see what you mean. Rent-a-wombs don’t count. Gotcha.

He was their only parent. Giving birth may make you a biological parent, but you have to earn the title of mom. Debbie Rowe said herself that she did not give birth to be a mother. Those kids had one parent, and that was Michael Jackson. Debbie may be Prince and Paris’ birth mother, but she is not their mom. I highly doubt they’ll ever come around to calling her mom.
And you are an insensitive jerk for talking like that. At least Michael took care of his kids. A lot of people (not just men, women too) don’t take care of their kids. He was there for them, and that’s why they speak so highly of them today. He kept them safe and did the best he could given the circumstances of his fame. And it probably kills you that his kids are so normal today.

They think they’re being funny. Even if you don’t believe he was the biological father, blood doesn’t make you a dad. It might make you a biological contributor, but you have to earn the title “dad.” He was their dad. Regardless of what people believe about paternity, he was the other dad in their life, and that’s what they’re going to remember.

Of course the kids nervous. Anybody would be, especially if you had to face Joe Jackson after. He one ugly dude

He’s likely afraid to get up there and tell his account because he realizes that the world is watching this case. The defense is going to try and trip him up and twist his words, and he’s probably not at all ready for something like that. IMO, the kid should be allowed to say his piece if he absolutely wants to, but if it’s not necessary to bring the kids into it, they shouldn’t have to do it.
People always have to put something sinister behind it. Prince is a pretty decent public speaker. He’s gotten better, at least it seems. He’s much more relaxed in interviews, but this is something totally different altogether. This is a trial deciding the fate of a man accused of contributing to the death of his father. So there’s bound to be extreme pressure on him to say word for word exactly what he saw that day and not leave anything out.
Yes indeed says
He must be under enormous pressure. To try and keep the secret sleep overs with daddy dearest quiet. To keep the secret pj partys at mj’s bed.

I shall defer to JoeMamma’s comment below, but will add that the best dads don’t die with needles in their arms. If that observation makes me “insensitive” in your opinion, then you are clearly an idiot.
