Leonardo DiCaprio cares. And not just about having loads of money and shagging supermodels, either. Leonardo DiCaprio cares about the environment.
And to prove what a bunch of filthy, stinking, polluting animals the human race is, Leonardo DiCaprio is planning on saving the world by making a movie called 11th Hour – a feature length documentary all about the environment.

Now Leonardo DiCaprio (DVDs) wants in on the act, too. As well as being a
globetrotting playboy moviestar, he’s also a concerned
environmentalist. Leonardo turned up to the Oscars in a hybrid car, has
relentlessly lobbied for worldwide access to clean water and runs leonardodicaprio.org,
a site which mainly focuses on environmental issues. And now Leonardo plans on making a big statement with 11th Hour, a feature length documentary
that he will produce co-write and narrate.
11th Hour will explore global warming, and offer solutions for
restoring the planet’s ecosystems, Leonardo DiCaprio’s publicist
Keleigh Thomas said yesterday. In a statement, DiCaprio said:
"Global warming is not only the No. 1 environmental challenge we face
today, but one of the most important issues facing all of humanity."
Even more important than whether Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie will ever be true friends again? OK Leonardo. Whatever…
