If we’ve got this right, bleach-blond, ‘quite good at basically playing himself in films about his life’ bad boy rapper Eminem will re-marry his ex-wife Kim on Saturday.
All the signs are looking good – Eminem and Kim have applied for a marriage license which should be ready later today. Of course, mere plebs like us won’t be allowed to attend Eminem’s wedding – we’ll have to look out for the heartwarming "I Do, You Bitch!" photospread in Hello magazine or something.
The story of Eminem (CDs) and Kim Mathers is one of the oldest in
the world. Boy meets girl, boy falls in love with girl, girl has baby,
boy becomes the most successful rapper in history and writes song
about killing girl and throwing her body in a lake, girl attempts
suicide and becomes addicted to drugs, boy and girl divorce, boy and
girl decide to re-marry. It’s enough to make you cry happy tears of
joy, isn’t it?
Eminem first publicly made the announcement that he was to re-marry his ex-wife Kim
on a Detroit radio station just over a month ago, although he only said
they were "probably" going to get married. The wedding became a little
more concrete at the beginning of the year with the apparent sending
out of wedding invitations claiming that the ceremony would take place
on January 14th – this Saturday. The invitation reportedly contained
the distinctly un-Eminem-ish line:
"This day I will marry my best friend, the one
I laugh with, live for, love."
And
now it’s been reported that Eminem and Kim have applied for a marriage
license in the Macomb County clerk’s office. All being well, the
licence will be ready for collection today, from which point Eminem and
Kim will have 33 days to get married in Michigan.
So it looks like
Eminem has found the personal happiness that seems to have eluded him
for so long. Great news for him, terrible news for us – now we’ll have
to skip all the nauseating ‘Daddy loves you’ songs and all the
nauseating ‘Hubby loves you’ songs whenever he brings out a new CD.

i think that it is sweet that they are getting re-married becuse their kids need to have a happy family. Eminem is a great rapper and is known for speaking his mind. and just because he is getting married does not exactly mean that he is going to put out a mushy lovey dovy cd. he may have a few of them but i can predict them to be the best ever.
I really don’t like it that he is gettng back with kim that is just crazy with a capital CCCCCCC. I disaprove of this marriage.
also i am proud that he has came to his sense becasue haliey needs a real family.

I’m not sure if he’s doing it for the right reason. If he’s only doing it for his little girl that’s gotta be sad because it’s not for love. on the other hand is if he’s marring her because he still love her then that’s all good. I think he shouldn’t get married because of his daughter because they can still be a family with out being married.
