OK, here goes a rare moment of sincerity – we're pretty sure that Manic Mundi is the best game we've ever played about steam-powered lifts moving around spooky cliff-top hotels. And by a crazy coincidence Manic Mundi is also the worst steam-powered lift/spooky cliff-top hotel game we've ever played. We don't play many of them.
Despite this, Manic Mundi is beguiling little game that only asks you to zoom around a hotel in a steam-powered lift turning off any lights that turn on. There's more to Manic Mundi than that, of course – you have to go round the hotel from light to light never crossing your path or operating at angles the lift can't manage. That all adds up to make Manic Mundi quite the brainteaser, which is slightly embarrassing because we're almost certain it's a child's game.
