Hot air balloons scare the life out us. A huge balloon full of fire, and you’re supposed to stand in a basket – a basket! – that hangs underneath it – how can anybody possibly construe that as fun?

And that’s just a normal hot air balloon – imagine going a for a ride in a hot air balloon controlled by a detached, floating fan in an atmosphere surrounded by razor-sharp spikes and giant swinging axes. That’s what today’s Slackerjack, Hot Air, is all about. Full points for excellent 1980s Nintendo-style graphics and soundtrack.
