Crazy Chewer isn't a Pac-Man rip-off like you probably think - Crazy Chewer is a Pac-Man homage. And a faithful one, too, since Crazy Chewer is completely identical to Pac-Man.
That's all you need to know, more or less. Instead of playing a disembodied yellow head that guzzles pills non-stop and has nightmarish visions of ghosts like in Pac-Man, in Crazy Chewer you play a disembodied yellow head that chews gum and has nightmarish visions of monsters. But, aside from those very important differences, Crazy Chewer is chompy chompy action from beginning to end. In glorious 3D, naturally.
