Supermodel Naomi Campbell has been spending time over in Brazil recently, dancing in the carnival, drinking caipirinhas, soaking in the sun rays and posing for numerous photographs, getting accused of assaulting her PA. But what else is new?
Except this time the Streatham born bombshell’s weapon of choice was said to have been a Blackberry organiser – this season’s must have mobile communications device/knuckleduster.
Naomi has completely denied the claims, and the PA has apparently written an e-mail to the model’s spokesperson saying “Naomi has always treated me with great respect.”
Why does she keep being accused of attacking her staff? Her temper
has notoriously gotten her into trouble in the past, she famously
slapped former assistant Georgina Galanis in Toronto in 2000.
At this rate, Naomi’s personal assistant job will start turning up on the U.S. Departments list of “Most Dangerous Jobs”. Sure, you get a lot of money for being a personal assistant, which is basically a bit like being an adult nanny. But is it all really worth it?
Just as in any job, it has a list of potential pros and cons.
Pro – farting around Brazil for free. Con – getting smashed up with a telephone.
Pro – hanging out with the world’s most beautiful people. Con – getting smashed up with a telephone.
This news seems to have served mainly as a protional device for Blackberry. And it’s worked. Hecklerspray‘s going to get one right now. There’s a teaboy knocking around here that’s gonna get it.
