okay guys this is just pointless.
1st- mariah can sing, but she sounds alot like whitney houston.(who actually is a more emotinall singer)
2nd- iam sooooooooooooo sick of people saying she is the biggest selling artist of all time when in fact in the us she is one of the biggest or maybe the biggest . but around the world it is madonna.
3rd- the fashion, culture, individulaism that madonna gives has given to the music world is nearly unmatched. she is the most successful female singer by faaaaaaaaaaaar in history and influence people like and love madonna wayyyyyyyyyyyy more, she has really never been respected at all untill she first came out in 1990(when she won a grammys) also she then went her entire carrerr after that and didnt win any grammys untill after she came back from a nut farm, face it guys it will never be, she will never be as influential as madonna, or whitnety houston, celine dion, beyonce i mean she just wont(success yes she has doen great) but respect only by some.
she was only the most successful artist in the 90s becuase she released 1 album a year, loll this expalins her crazy sales mostly 90% only in the us. she is a good songwritter, technical vocalist, but never will she be madonna.

The real fact is that Madonna is immediately behind Michael Jackson in the most number ones in US hot 100 with 12 #1s but you erase her from the list right ??? The point is to make Madonna loose credit.
Madonna could not be the one who has more #1s in hot 100 but she has much more number ones WORLDWIDE than Mariah Carey and that is more important.

Moreover, Madonna sold much more than Mariah in Latin America, Canada, Europe, Oceania, and even Africa and when she tours in Asia, her tickets sell much more than Mariah’s tickets for concert.

Mariah fans can say whatever they want but the facts given by RIAA, IFPI, GUINESS BOOK OF RECORDS prove that Madonna beats her.

And I’m sorry, but not all Madonna fans are jealous of mariah because there’s no reason to, but there are several mariah fans who are jealous of Madonna as well and …well they are right because actually Madonna’s records beat Mimi’s records hands down.

Everywhere on the internet you see those fans (some scarily obsessive ones too on youtube) comparing her sales figures and tour sales with Mariah and boasting how she’s better. Insecure much? I just enjoy Mariah’s music when I listen to it.. Madonna isn’t even on my mind :/

Well, so why everytime Madonna goes to tour Asia , why does she sell out the tickets in record time and why does she causes much more sensation and impact than mariah carey ??
Maybe mariah sold more discs there, but just in the western part of Asia, because in the Asian parts of Russia, Israel, etc…. MADONNA RULES THERE.
Moreover, Madonna has sold and is still selling much more discs than mariah in WHOLE AMERICAN CONTINENT (CANADA, LATIN AMERICA, EVEN IN US. MARIAH HASN’T SURPASS MADONNA YET) EUROPE, OCEANIA, AFRICA , ETC…..

And mariah carey is the one who hates Madonna, because actually madonna is the one who is much more successful.
