In the late ‘70s and early ‘80s, if directors needed a petite girl with big brown eyes, luxuriously long tresses, and a naturally gorgeous body, Kathleen Beller would’ve been their choice.
She began her career doing commercials and soap operas, but eventually broke into the movies with a bit part in The Godfather: Part II. Later, she was nominated for a Golden Globe for her work as a 17-year-old cancer patient in Promises in the Dark.
Her movie career eventually stalled, but she found television success for several years as Kirby on Dynasty. In 1988, after admitting to playing the field, she married bespectacled ‘80s techno-pop star, Thomas Dolby.
