Right now Lindsay Lohan may very well be stuck in her Utah rehab, scrubbing her toilet until she stops wanting drugs – and she'd do well to stay there, because when Lindsay Lohan comes up for air she'll be hit with a lawsuit.
That lawsuit is from Tracie Rice, a woman who claims she was riding in the car that Lindsay Lohan started chasing just before she was arrested for DUI with all that cocaine in her pockets, has decided to sue Lindsay Lohan for an undisclosed amount citing assault, negligence and intentional affliction of emotional distress. It's a possibility that the terrifying experience of being chased at high speed by a wild-eyed and wasted starlet has affected Tracie Rice so much she can barely think about Lindsay Lohan, let alone see a picture of her or watch one of movies, without suffering from nausea, anxiety and the overwhelming desire to strike out at anybody close to her. Hey, back of the queue, Tracie – Lindsay Lohan has been doing that to us for years.
It's hard to think of a more terrifying scenario than being chased by a juiced-up Lindsay Lohan. Sure, there's listening to a Lindsay Lohan album, watching I Know Who Killed Me from beginning to end and seeing Lindsay Lohan's vagina plastered all over the internet like some oddly-coloured pop-up advert, but we don't have to think of those because the memories are already scarred into our brains.
Being the victim of a booze-fuelled Lindsay Lohan car chase, though, now that is terrifying – and we can take Tracie Rice's word for it. Tracie Rice claims that she was riding in the car that Lindsay Lohan was zooming after just before she was arrested for DUI again. Although for Lindsay Lohan the car chase meant an arrest – her second for DUI within weeks – a deeply unconvincing text message of innocence, the threat of jail and a stay at Utah's finest rehab facility, for Tracie Rice it means she can't shake the horrifying image of Lindsay Lohan's angry addled face chasing her about like a fliddy nitwit. And, as we all know, the only cure for post-traumatic stress like that is lots and lots of cash. E! Online reports:
According to the lawsuit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Rice was riding with Michelle Beck, the mother of Lohan's ex-assistant… when a large SUV pulled up "grill to grill" with Beck's car and "made a corresponding aggressive move in an effort to block their escape" every time Beck tried to drive away… Rice, who called the incident "one of the most frightening experiences of [her] life," is seeking unspecified damages. "Reluctantly, I have decided to bring a civil action against Ms. Lohan for the enormous damage she has done to me by her conduct that evening," the plaintiff said in a statement… "Her actions showed a complete disregard for my safety and well-being."
It's actually thought that Tracie Rice might be the woman having a hysterical screaming fit on the 911 tape made from the car that Lindsay Lohan was chasing, which may add credence to Rice's claims. And this isn't the only lawsuit that Lindsay Lohan is facing following her weird car chase. The boys who Lindsay Lohan apparently trapped in her car during the chase are also reported to be considering a lawsuit, too. And, as things like this tend to do, we can expect a flurry of other lawsuits against Lindsay Lohan in the near future, from the woman who was driving the car that Lindsay was chasing, to the policeman who answered the 911 call because Lindsay scared Tracie Rice so much that she wouldn't answer his questions properly, to the person who invented cocaine for the way that Lindsay Lohan has cheapened the reputation of their product by carrying it in her pocket.

OH MY GOODNESS. Lindsay Lohan is poor, poor soul. I think rather than all of this publicity, critcism, and abuse she should be cut off completely from reporters, fans (god help ’em), and everything else so she can get the help she really needs. REALLY REALLY needs. I don’t know if she is just dumb, crazy, or … well maybe just crazy. Someone needs to step up to help, regardless of how many chances she’s gotten. She really needs it.
