Whores For The Better Treatment Of Hookers

Prostitutes have feelings too, and they’re sick and tired of the way they’re being portrayed in Rockstar’s GTA: San Andreas video game, which reportedly alludes to the rape of a hooker at one point, and allows open solicitation in others. 

The Sex Workers Outreach Project (SWOP) appears to be a group a bit like a union for prostitutes, except they can’t gouge anyone for better pay without some kind of cutlery. SWOP says there’s no way they’re going to let the good name of hooking get dragged through the mud and disrespected by 13-year-olds everywhere, not even for bonus life points. 

And it would seem they’ve put their almost high school educated heads together to come up with a plan to stop it.

SWOP - the shorter way to say the Sex Workers Outreach Project -
is working to stop the defamation and improve the lives of desperate
women (aka prostitutes) and some meth-addicted men (aka prostitutes)
everywhere. That being their goal, they find Rockstar’s GTA: San Andreas (Games) extremely offensive due to some abusive-to-prostitute scenes therein. 

They’re not taking this lying down either.™ No they’re not.
They’re gathering their forces to do stuff like write letters, issue
statements, and use spellcheck more than most. In fact, here’s a taste
of their rage:

"Although SWOP-USA will always be adamantly opposed to any and all
forms of censorship, as concerned parents ourselves, we wish to inform
other parents of the potential danger extremely violent video games
pose to children. And in the interest of furthering sex worker’s human
and civil rights to life and personal safety, we object to any media
which represents sex workers as legitimate targets of violence, rape
and murder. Censorship is a blight on the freedoms we hold dear but we
wholeheartedly encourage citizens to vote with their dollars by
refusing to purchase products which encourage the denigration and
destruction of prostitutes. Since the video game Grand Theft Auto
accrues points to players for the depiction of the rape and murder of
prostitutes, SWOP-USA calls on all parents and all gamers to boycott
Grand Theft Auto."

So their goal here is a non-violent withdrawal of any financial
gain Rockstar GTA would otherwise earn from making such filth. See,
that’s the thing, what most people don’t realise is that hookers are
generally a very peace-loving Ghandi-like people. They would never
intentionally destroy a home, pass on herpes or take money from an
undercover cop. Their only real goal, albeit unspoken ’till this
point, is unity, a personal unity with every single man on earth. For
money.

Whores, it would seem, would prefer the world’s kids to stay
un-addicted to video games and super horny. We know what they’re up to
though. Well forget it hookers, you’re not getting your claws into
hecklerspray’s children, even if we knew where most of them were, and
didn’t have legal obligations to financially support them.
