MiaM.I.A didn’t win the Mercury Music Prize. But she should have done. Or at least come second after The Go! Team. But she didn’t. And it’s a shame.

She has a new single out on Monday, a slight update of Galang. And we’ve got the video to show you. It’s all multicoloured tigers and tanks and urgent noises and it’s brilliant.

Even if M.I.A didn’t win the Mercury Music Prize, you should all go and buy the single and make her number one. That way, we can watch her make this glorious din on TV all day. And that would make us happy. You want us to be happy, right?
