There are 2 ways to look at this . Wordly~ If you want to be entertained as the world lives, then you may not see this as a good movie. You may not be in the mood to focus on the issues that Tyler has to offer. But...... Spiritually~ If you want to work on some of the issues that went on in your family or maybe you are having now, this is the movie for you. This movie is about PEOPLE, and our issues. There is room in your life to see movies like Spiderman, Mission Impossible, but Madea is a movie about dealing with issues. There is a time a place for everything. BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTT I just hope that people are saying that it is not a good movie for them in their lives right now, because they are not up to dealing with their issues, than to say that it wasnt a good movie. Tyler Perry started out on the stage doing plays about Madea. It may not have been before Mrs. Doubfire, but it surely was before Big Mamma's house. Anyway, the story line to the movie was more that a man in woman's clothing. It had to do family, forgiveness, true love, knowing when to leave a bad relationship, having your family there to pickup the pieces, healing between mother and daughter. Instead focusing on how the character looked, you should have focused on the meaning behind, who Madea was. She was the rock of the family, she was woman to who didn't take any stuff. You see it takes strength to be head of family, and if you didn't see that meaning behind everything, then I feel sorry for you. You could not be further from the truth.
