The Paddingtons are one of the millions of ‘The’ bands that have sprung up in the wake of The Strokes, The Libertines and The Beatles. The Paddingtons are five young whippersnappers from Hull who named themselves after their favourite animated bear. And they sound like a right bunch of bloody hooligans.
On October 31, The Paddingtons release their debut album, First Comes First. What does First Comes First sound like? We’re not going to tell you. Why should we, when there’s a perfectly good Paddingtons album sampler right here for you to have a sneaky listen to?
