Bang on matey, you’ve captured the lunacy of those years so well.
You forgot to mention a couple of key things….Helen Daniels getting high and busted for drugs (they were to help her glaucoma) and Lauren Carpenter’s crazy cult (children of barrabas)….and of course Marlene’s legendary departure (leaves for a 6 month cruise, is never mentioned again). But it was indeed a crazy time for the show, it nearly descended into ‘Passions’ territory a couple of times.
