Matthew Vaughn Points At January Jones’ Growing Embryo And Says ‘Well It Ain’t Mine!’

May 27th, 2011 By Mof Gimmers

Matthew Vaughn (producer/director of Kick Ass, X Men: First Class, Lock Stock etc) is finding himself in the middle of a baby drama. That’s not to say he’s remaking Three Men And A Little Lady, but rather, everyone thinks he’s got someone pregnant who isn’t his partner.

Everyone is talking behind their hands and saying that he’s the father of the thing that is currently growing inside of Mad Men’s January Jones. Yes, that’s her real name. And yes, she was born in January.

Now, January Jones is an attractive lady, so you may well think ‘Cuh! There ain’t a hope in hell that someone with a face like that could have sexual relations with a hottie like her!’, but you must remember that Vaughn is currently shacked up with Claudia Schiffer.

Kick-Ass Doesn’t Kick The Weekend Box Office’s Ass

April 18th, 2010 By Stuart Heritage

We might all be trapped on this poxy little island by a ruddy great volcano, but it’s a great week to be British.

Look at How To Train Your Dragon – featuring the voices of several British-born actors and still number one at the weekend box office. Kick-Ass. Written by a Brit, directed by a Brit and second at the US weekend box office. Then look at Death At A Funeral – a remake of a British comedy and fourth at the US box office. Clash Of The Titans – starring hundreds of British actors, based on a 29-year-old classic that was directed by a Brit, full of British actors and fifth at the US weekend box office.

And Date Night was third at the US weekend box office – dates are a traditional crop of Morocco, the location of a recent Jamie Oliver television programme. Where is Jamie Oliver from? That’s right – Britain. Hooray for bloody us!

Creased:

  • New Iron Man 2 trailer (Transformers briefcase)
  • Kristen Stewart (miserable cow)
  • The Gadget Show (too much clowning around. Keep expecting the theme from Art Attack to come on)
