When Madonna chose Britney Spears to star in a video for her upcoming tour, she wanted Britney to utilise her best-known talent.

So from that we can assume that Britney Spears will be singing in Madonna’s video, right? Not quite. Dancing? Close, but no cigar. Instead, Madonna’s video requires Britney Spears to smash up the inside of an elevator while screaming her lungs out like some sort of crazy red-eyed bitch from hell.

It’s a stretch, we know, but somehow we think Britney Spears will be able to pull it off. We’ve seen Crossroads, after all, so we know what a versatile actor she can be when she’s essentially limited to playing herself.

Britney Spears To Lez Up With Madonna Virtually On Tour, Maybe

Madonna’s world tour is to be called Sticky And Sweet – we’re trying not to think about what makes it sticky, but it’s sweet because she’s making Britney Spears famous again.

It’s been revealed that Britney Spears is filming a special video that’ll be used each night as part of Madonna’s Sticky And Sweet show. As yet, nobody knows if this video will be a performance of their Me Against The Music duet or a rehash of their infamous 2003 lesbian kiss.

Fingers crossed for the latter, because it’s pretty much every man’s dream to see a mentally unwell recovering psychiatric patient jabbing her tongue in and out of a mouth belonging to a woman who’s five and a half weeks away from beingeligible for a SAGA membership. Right boys? Wooar! Etc!

Country music is scientifically proven to turn people into violent, woman-beating drunks – or is it just that only violent wife-beating drunks like country music?

Maybe we’ll never know for sure, but let’s forget the history for a moment and just laugh at the fat, allegedly woman-beating rednecks who go to country music concerts. Like the fat, allegedly woman-beating redneck who country star Tim McGraw hauled up onstage and ejected from a show in Washington on Tuesday night.

Best of all, there’s video footage of the incident. An obnoxious fat cowboy who’s too fat to be lifted off the ground by three other obnoxious cowboys? Sounds perfect, doesn’t it? It’s not – the video’s got a country music soundtrack. Bleugh.

Amy Winehouse is like a bad news magnet at the moment – apparently it’s a magnet that also seems to repel soap.

However, Amy Winehouse has received a rare nugget of good news today – police have confirmed that Amy won’t be charged for that video of her apparently smoking crack like it’s going out of fashion.

What fantastic news! Now that this crack video palaver is out of her hair, all Amy Winehouse has to do is sort out her crumbling marriage, her multimillion-pound divorce, her drug addiction, her self-harming tendencies, her skin disease and literally single other thing regarding her personal and professional life and she’ll be almost completely back on track. Amy Winehouse Arrested For That Crazy Crack Video

You might want to sit down for this – apparently Amy Winehouse has been known to occasionally take drugs.

We know, we were shocked when we found out, too. But apparently it’s true, because Amy Winehouse was last night arrested and bailed in connection with that secretly-filmed video of her appearing to smoke crack in her flat from earlier this year.

There’s a slim chance that Amy Winehouse could face jail after this arrest, which we’d actually be OK with. Hopefully her incarceration will be timed to coincide with the release of her husband Blake Fielder-Civil. That way Blake can start sleeping with a boy who looks like little Ben Mitchell from EastEnders while she’s locked up, to see how she likes it. Revenge is sweet! And quite disturbing to think about!
