Lily Allen Delivers Street Justice on Video. Also: Swears a Lot.
Lily Allen - she's that one who had pink hair, a godawful TV show and is generally a waste of space. Yeah, that sounds about right. Well now it would seem she's got herself into MMA - that's mixed martial arts - with some hardcore street fighting action. Well, hardcore may be a bit far, but Lily Allen did go and try to beat up a random French girl for insulting her. And we shouldn't forget that she also managed to swear like a navvie, and she managed to do all of this in front of about 32,000 paparazzi and other press hounds. Not a bad effort, we have to say. But to top off all the topping offs that could be topped off, there's a video too - and it's after the jump.

Britney Spears Hooks up With Russell Brand. Oh, and an Elephant.
What better way for Britney Spears to take a huge step towards getting everything back on track than to hook up with Russell Brand? There are many, many better ways. Surely. Hooking up with that mad-haired berk isn't going to help her claw back the piles and piles of sanity the girl seems to have lost over the last couple of years. Let's be totally honest - it's going to damage her more than she already is, and that's before she's even spoken to the man who dresses like a particularly stupid pirate. But hecklerspray didn't get in fast enough with our warnings, leaving poor old crazy Britney Spears free to appear alongside Russell Brand in some MTV promotional adverts for the upcoming Video Music Awards. It still isn't confirmed if Britters herself will be in attendance at the awards as she hasn't got permission off her dad yet, but hopefully the blow to her psyche that surely occurred when she met the TV and radio 'funny' man will have been too much, forcing her to stay at home on the night. The other option doesn't even bear thinking about, frankly.

Okay, so maybe we're just reacting to Paris Hilton's new advert as many of our readers react to the sarcasm on these pages - by taking things at face value. But it would appear that Paris Hilton is indeed running for the presidency of the United States of America. In a video statement released to political hardline site Funny or Die, Hilton responded to the recent campaign ad from John McCain and the Republican party with her own brand of politics. In the original ad, Paris was likened to Democratic Senator Barack Obama - popular, but ultimately vacuous and easily forgotten (or maybe it was the other way round). It would seem that young miss Hilton didn't take too kindly to these words and has launched something of a war on the Republican Party, vowing to bring them down if it's the last thing she does. Okay, so maybe we're going a bit overboard - even told a couple of porkie pies. She isn't trying to bring down the Republican Party. She isn't actually running for presidency. And Funny or Die isn't technically a political hardline site. But she has been involved in a video response, so it's not all bad news laced with lies.

The good news is it’s new GNR, the bad news is the only way you’ll be able to actually hear it is when your dad fancies himself a frontman whenever his brother comes over. Excruciating.

When Madonna chose Britney Spears to star in a video for her upcoming tour, she wanted Britney to utilise her best-known talent.
So from that we can assume that Britney Spears will be singing in Madonna's video, right? Not quite. Dancing? Close, but no cigar.
Instead, Madonna's video requires Britney Spears to smash up the inside of an elevator while screaming her lungs out like some sort of crazy, red-eyed bitch from hell.
It's a stretch, we know, but somehow we think Britney Spears will be able to pull it off. We've seen Crossroads, after all, so we know what a versatile actor she can be when she's essentially limited to playing herself.

As yet, nobody knows if this video will be a performance of their Me Against The Music duet or a rehash of their infamous 2003 lesbian kiss. Fingers crossed for the latter, because it's pretty much every man's dream to see a mentally unwell recovering psychiatric patient jabbing her tongue in and out of a mouth belonging to a woman who's five and a half weeks away from being eligible for a SAGA membership. Right boys? Wooar! Etc!

Maybe we'll never know for sure, but let's forget the history for a moment and just laugh at the fat, allegedly woman-beating rednecks who go to country music concerts. Like the fat, allegedly woman-beating redneck who country star Tim McGraw hauled up onstage and ejected from a show in Washington on Tuesday night.
Best of all, there's video footage of the incident. An obnoxious fat cowboy who's too fat to be lifted off the ground by three other obnoxious cowboys? Sounds perfect, doesn't it? It's not - the video's got a country music soundtrack. Bleugh.
