Here at Hecklerspray, we love Vin Diesel, we really do. Maybe it’s because he looks like the love child of a polar bear and Chuch Norris, it could be because his voice can cut through a can of baked beans or perhaps it’s because he has to kiss Michelle Rodriguez so we don’t have to.
One thing it definately isn’t, though, is his choice of films!
Returning to the Fast and Furious franchise, all the cast seem keen and eager to get back to where they began (i.e. obscurity) and get in on the action(i.e. pay cheque).
Going into the fourth installment (which, sadly, didn’t opt for the title 4 Fast 4 Furious), this is actually a prequel to the previous installment, Tokyo Drift (not that it matters). People, try to remain calm. This is horrifying news and we don’t know how you’ll take it – Vin Diesel is famous again.
We know, we know. It’s distressing, isn’t it? And it’s all the fault of Fast And Furious – the fourth film in a never-good franchise that’s inexplicably topped the weekend box office in borderline spectacular fashion.
But it’s OK. Fast And Furious might be number one at the weekend box office, and Vin Diesel might be famous again, but at least Michelle Rodriguez still isn’t the biggest female star in America right now. What? She IS? We’re DOOMED!

Step aside originality, because Vin Diesel is about to make his bald self some more movies, yo.
Don’t worry, kids. You won’t have to concern your pretty little heads trying to follow new characters, nor intricate plot lines, because Vin Diesel is going to cling on to the threadbare coat tails of the same old crap he’s done before.
Word on the street is that Vin Diesel has signed on to the third XXX movie, as well as the fourth Fast and the Furious sequel. Oh, and a couple of more of those Riddick film thingies, so get those Blockbuster Video cards ready to tear up the straight to DVD releases.
