• Own George Clooney’s sunglasses from The American (it is guaranteed you will look just like him when you wear them)
• Soon you’ll be able to buy Back to the Future Nike shoes with power laces (we live in wonderful times)
• Breaking Bad wins some Emmys (and it deserved to because it’s the best show on TV that none of your friends watch)

Creased:

• Bridget Fonda has not appeared in a movie for eight years (this is terrible news for anyone who remembers how hot she used to be)
• It’s September (let’s all enjoy the summer. Stupid country)
• Five’s massive amount of ad breaks (seriously, they are on about every ten minutes and always right in the middle of an action scene or passage of dialo-)
• Bank holiday slowdown (short week nuthin; it drags even more when you have slipped into a coma watching old movies and eating Chipsticks on the Monday)
• Okay, even we think Diana Princess of Wales pants are a sick idea (and what’s a kid doing there?)

Ever been interested in the mating ritual of a rare Spanish moth that only visits the UK once every six years?

Probably not we imagine, but on The One Show this is the sort of random packaged report you’ll find alongside a hard-hitting expose of America’s serial killers. Expert opinion will also be thrown in for you not to care about in the form of some famous person who’s flogging a book/CD/dress/livestock.

But alas, the show isn’t the same any more since miserable West Brom fan Adrian Chiles decided to jump broadcasting ship and go to ITV. Instead of boring us during our tea for the BBC, he’ll be doing the same for ITV, just in the morning GMTV timeslot. And in a tribute to the presenter, audio/visual comedy gods Cassetteboy have knocked up this hilarious video…

OK, we should have maybe posted it a month or so ago, but it’s still very funny and will make you laugh, even if you’ve successfully been able to avoid The One Show:

Look, we know Cassetteboy are geniuses – they can even get a few belly laughs out of Lenny Henry. God knows he’s failed plenty of times to achieve the same thing himself.

For a change this week, we thought we’d get away from the usual music lark and instead offer you something a bit different.

Obviously this is a music feature and some of you may be left scratching your head until sparks appear and burn down your house. There is music involved in what we have found, but it’s not the main focus of what’s going on. In what can only be described as comedy cut and paste tape music, we have stumbled head first in to the hilarious work of Cassetteboy.

After trying to research Cassetteboy, we came to the conclusion that they are the Banksys of the music world, as bugger all is known about them. Even their record label seems to be non-existent. 

Little information is given out for the probable reason that the majority of the songs they’ve done sample various people without permission. If that wasn’t bad enough, various bits of speech are cut up to make the people in question say stuff that they wouldn’t normally utter. 

Take the song Nigella’s XXXmas. Everyone’s finger-sucking chef Nigella Lawson is known for trying to be all sexual in her cookery shows and this track pretty much takes pieces of her audio and makes her sound like the whore we think she really is. 

Oddly, all these songs have a nice Christmas theme running through then, indicating to us the creators probably can’t be arsed to take them down! Though if you can find and listen to the track Eyes Of A Tranny’s Fanny it will ruin your illusion of Harry Potter for ever. We promise.
