John Barnes - When you're the size of John Barnes - a man who could possibly now be wider than he is tall - it's important that you dress sensibly. As Saturday's Strictly Come Dancing showed, though, in John Barnes' case this means just wearing a preposterous lemon-coloured spangly skin-tight top and not its accompanying leggings. To be honest with you we can't remember how John Barnes danced his Cha Cha Cha to Uptight because we couldn't stop staring at his awful clothes, but the Strictly Come Dancing judges seemed to like it enough, saying that he's got "a great sense of rhythm, the energy was right, you're going the right way." Not that it means a thing, though - as Spoony from last year will tell you, Strictly Come Dancing viewers have a nasty habit of getting rid of the black dancers early on.
