We’re just curious, because it’s been revealed that Stan Collymore is going to be a film star.

The film is Basic Instinct 2.

He has sex with someone in a car in it.

Is this the same man who was publicly humiliated when he was found regularly going to car parks and masturbating to couples having sex in cars? We’re afraid to say it is.

There is so much wrong with this story. Stan Collymore, a fairly gifted footballer who threw it all down the toilet, appearing in the least-anticipated movie sequel of all time, doing the exact thing that made him into a social pariah.

Is this going to be a new trend in film making? Will we soon see Wayne Rooney in a film slapping girls? Or Leslie Grantham in a movie playing with himself on a webcam?

Where will this madness stop?
