Digg this!

Tasty Planet game Tasty PlanetKatamari Damacy was one of the greatest game ever created; it was beautiful, unique and – surprisingly for a hit game – mercifully free of cheap knock-off imitations. Until now – ladies and gentlemen, here's Tasty Planet!

Tasty Planet isn't exactly the same as the Katamari games, though – in Katamari you were a lonely rolling star and in Tasty Planet you're a sort of hungry blob of toilet cleaner. Or something. But the general swing of things is the same – you meander around a level getting bigger and bigger, growing able to eat bigger and bigger things until you can swallow the world. If you haven't ever played a Katamari game, Tasty Planet will have you hooked in a second. And if you have played a Katamari game, just sort of grit your teeth through the plagiarism because Tasty Planet effing rocks.
