You don’t see that many Police Camera Action-type TV shows around these days – maybe because the producers kept hiring convicted drink-drivers like Alistair Stewart to present them.

What we liked best about those police chase TV shows was that even though the purported message of them was to always drive carefully, they were obviously cobbled together by people sat in a room hooting with delight with every crash they saw. In fact, we’d go as far as to sat the real message of the police chase shows was "Hey kids! Go steal your Dad’s car and drive about all crazy! Crashing cars is brilliant!"
