Now we know that it's just a game, but playing Monster Invade made us feel awfully on edge. There's just something about firing a gun in a panic into a swarm of zombies and monster spiders that just terrifies us.
That said, Monster Invade is an especially good game. You control the direction of the gun with the mouse, your character's movement with the keyboard and you just keep blasting away at the beasties until you die. And you will die playing Monster Invade. Several times. But you also get to collect plasma-firing power-ups that will make you grin wider than you have all day. If you like killing things that are already dead, Monster Invade is the game for you.
