It’s already the number one film in America, and it comes out here on Friday. Charlie And The Chocolate Factory has been re-imagined by Tim Burton, and it stars Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka.

Most of you already know the story from the Roald Dahl book or – if you can’t read – the 1971 Gene Wilder film, so we won’t trouble you with the story of the movie too much. In short: poor boy, weird old man, tiny people, chocolate, a horrific series of deaths, happy ending.

The movie’s official website includes five Wonka-themed minigames for you to play. There’s Chocolate Rapids – where you row Charlie’s boat down a chocolate river, Bubble Trouble – where you guide Violet Beauregarde by inflating and deflating her bubblegum, Major Mayhem – basically Centipede with sweets, Fudge Frenzy – where you pump fudge into Augustus Gloop’s fat mouth, and our favourite, Oompa Loompa Roundup – where Veruca Salt chases round a bunch of little oompa loompas.
