Now there's a game title that doesn't muck about. In Build A Lot, you build. A lot. And not just for fun, either - Build A Lot is all about getting rich, either by cynically flipping properties for profit or cynically overcharging your tenants.
And Build A Lot really puts you in the place of the Sarah Beenys of the world, only without the constant pregnancies and the alarmingly stripey hair. Build a portfolio of properties for yourself or others then tend to repairs as they appear. Build A Lot really captures the thrill of being a landlord rental, although it loses points for not letting you withhold deposits because there's one atom of fucking Blu-Tac on one of the walls like a real landlord would.
