REM’s Micheal Stipe a nut for bisexual gingers

REM’s Micheal Stipe has shocked an unshockable world with revelations that he had a ‘bisexual awakening’ on an Easter Sunday, aged 13, in a bath, with two gingers. We’re not making this up…

The lentil-munching mumbler told BLENDER magazine that his bats-for-both-sides epiphany occured as a youth while bathing with a brother/sister combo.

Just three years away from the coming of age that is a legal cigarette, the adolescent singer didn’t explain how he had come to be in the unfortunate position of sharing a tub at such an age, nor how he knew this ganger duo.

But the experience doesn’t seem to have been entirely uncomfortable, as he explained to BLENDER: "It was fairly innocent but it was really fun and I never looked back."

The incident appears to have scarred Stipe however, after he revealed: "I still have a thing for redheads and freckles."
