I think it is natural that sometimes, he is not in the mood for chatting with the press. Watching the clip, I only see Mr. McCartney refuse an interview in a playful, although not very funny way. I cannot see the interviewer and to me, it does not really feel like he is being mocked. To exaggerate this and bring up the KKK, might be an attempt at provocative journalism - to me, it comes over as silly. Paul McCartney lives a big part of his life in public – for over 45 years now. I highly doubt Sr Paul is racist and if he was, he'd be too smart to show the public something like that - especially with a camera right in his face. I have no doubt he would have said the exact same thing no matter who it was.. Besides, how do you know the person behind the camera wasn't white? Nowadays we have all sorts of people everywhere in the world, a Chinese person can have a French accent, an Hindu can have an English accent.. Why cant an Anglo Saxon have an Indian accent? He simply did not feel like being interviewed at the time.
