Paris Hilton Slapped With Dirty Great Restraining Order

You’d think that Paris Hilton wouldn’t have a bad bone in her body - after all, bad behaviour usually requires at least a molecule of intelligence - but it looks like Paris might have a bit of a mean side.

A judge has placed a restraining order on Paris, meaning that she legally has to stay away from Brian Quintata, after she apparently did all kinds of horrid things to him. Frankly, we’re yet to believe that she is capable of anything other than wafting about drawling vague questions about how much people love "it" or getting boned on the Internet. Life’s full of surprises, isn’t it?

A judge yesterday slapped a restraining order on Paris Hilton (DVDs),
requiring her to keep her distance from party planner Brian Quintata.
Why? Did she piss in his taxi? Did she offend him by not looking after her dogs very well?
No. Apparently Paris made threats against Quintata’s life, disrupted his
professional relationship with his clients and pushed him - yes, pushed
him - three whole times.

Like all vacuous LA-based nonsense, this whole shebang is pretty much all down
to Hilton’s knotty love-life. You may remember that Paris was engaged
to Greek shipping heir Paris Latsis last year. Well, they split up and Paris flounced off with Stavros Niarchos - another rich Greek, crasher of cars and ex-boyfriend of Mary-Kate Olsen. Now, Brian Quintata is a friend of Stavros Niarchos. Still with us?

Good. Quintata reportedly once told Stavros that he should ditch
Paris and get back with the Olsen girl, thus incurring the manic wrath
of Paris Hilton, and all the pushing and stuff. In court documents,
Brian Quintata alleged that Paris:

"has a drug and alcohol problem, some rather shady associates and is known for erratic behaviour."

And
the judge seemed to side with him - Paris is no longer allowed near
Quintata. Not that she cares, of course. Her spokesperson Elliot Mintz
gave the - admittedly schoolyard - statement:

"If this results in Mr. Quintana having to have a distance between
himself and Paris Hilton, she’s delighted. She doesn’t
wish to have anything to do with this man."

Now,
if we were Brian Quintata, we’d try and get an invite to the Brit
Awards later this month, as that’d really bugger up Paris Hilton’s ITV2
presenting gig. But that’s just us.
