He was never proven to have committed a violent act in the FIRST place, hence "ACQUITTAL" (look it up). The fact that he had every motive in the book and the means makes the proven fact of police corrpution during the first trial all the MORE idiotic! Were he that clearly guilty and convictable, they'd not have had to do all that. And now this. I had no idea he wasn't CARRYING a gun. They're asking whether or not he knew someone ELSE was carrying a gun?!? I thought he broke in and robbed someone at gun point. This fool doesn't know what colour pants he has on unless he LOOKS. He's a MORON. But that doesn't make him automatically guilty everytime his name comes up in the media. For that I'd say he can't get a fair trial ever again in life. And that's horrid.
