Nicole Kidman Has Warned Tom Cruise
After watching her ex-husband lark about like a tit, constantly banging on about his love for young girls, Nicole Kidman (DVDs) has warned Tom Cruise (DVDs) not to exploit his affairs in such a transparent way.
With the world busy debating whether Cruise’s relationship with Katie Holmes (DVDs) is a publicity stunt or not, Kidman has gracefully passed her verdict in an interview for Vanity Fair magazine.
"In terms of your life, if you start to exploit it, then what’s real and what’s not? What’s yours and what isn’t?", said Kidman, the actress whose marriage with Cruise conveniently broke up just as their sexually explicit film about a failing relationship, Eyes Wide Shut, was being released.
Kidman does have a point, to some extent. If Tom Cruise isn’t on
daytime talk shows punching the air and jumping on sofas to declare his
love for his young girlfriend, then he’s talking her to awards
ceremonies on the back of motorbikes. A mid-life crisis is a common
enough thing, but most people don’t use theirs to make people watch a
movie about bad aliens.
Some are suggesting that the sudden appearance of this ‘new Cruise’
is down to a change in public relations. His new PR representative is his
sister, who could be seen as something of a soft-touch when it comes
from telling Tom how to behave.
Meanwhile, the Cruise/Holmes juggernaut rolled across to the Batman
Begins premiere last night. And Holmes put in a virtuoso performance of
nauseating simpering. According to the Sky website, her twitterings
included, "He’s such a wonderful, kind person", "I miss him when he
leaves the room", "I love him", "I’m happy", "We’re so happy", "I’m
thrilled", "He’s amazing", "I’m so in love" and "I’m the happiest I’ve
ever been".

All this seem to me Tom is trying desperately to squash any of the rampant rumors that he privately enjoys the alternative lifestyle.
Yeah… remember those rumors in the nineties about Tom playing for the other team? There was a French guy or something claiming to be his lover and that he had a copy of a contract that Nicole Kidman had signed to play Tom Cruise’s beard?
I think the whole Tom Cruise love affair is so out of what I think real world love is. I was watching CNN 90 second Pop program and all the people on the pannel were saying is Tom trying to tell us that he is not gay and is his love only for PR machine that controls his real world….I have not had one friend say that he love is real..I think he should keep it private and not jump on sofa’s….vern
Tom doesn’t seem to know what real love is.
I believe he trully had it with Nic…but since his shamless dumping of her he’s been acting like an adolescent jerk. Katie is only after the adventure/fame/fortune this brings to her-it really couldn’t be anything else-esp.on her part. As for him, I don’t get it –she’s cute, but not so great – a dime a dozen and her acting certainly isn’t memorable except maybe to the teenagers at this time. It really is sad on her part- Tom will eventually get bored and dump her too. Her family has to be crazy if they think this relationship is a good thing based on Tom’s history. What is interesting, is he’s able to remain friends and continues to be photographed and seen publically with all his so called girlfriends, except Nic–yet he had a marriage of 10 years and has 2 children with Nic – yet they arn’t anywhere near each other on red-carpets – at functions etc…There’s obviously some strong emotions still there-whatever they are and that’s for real.

As for whether his blatant public displays of affection and declarations of love are a front — and Katie his beard — for his prime status on the other team, “methinks he doth protest too much.”
he has had a tendency to use women until they don’t excite him like his jet anymore. than he looks for a new jet. katie is jet #4. I hope for her sake she’s not just jet #5. He really shouldn’t make her young heart a victim of his agenda.
When I have recently seen Cruise going “ape” over the baby faced Kathie, it made me feel really uncomfortable for him.
He has no dignity and appears like he is trying way too hard.
Nicole was never one of my favorite people, but she is way too good for him.

OMG! Katie Holmes is living in a total teen fantasy!! EVERYTHING SHE DREAMED AS A TEEN IS COMING TRUE!!! How wonderful is that?! When I saw Tom on Oprah I thought he was on drugs. I am sure he will say he is high on LOVE, bull; he is acting like a fool. I liked him better when he said he liked things private. He has children that could see how he is acting. Get a room you can afford it. Everyone thinks he is such a nice guy he has not been nice to the ladies, he married, and other girlfriends. Maybe Katie will be the one to dump him.

Without a doubt people have warned Ms. Holmes about Scientology and Scientology Inc. If she chooses to ignore the warning, that shows she is either not very intelligent or is in her “romance” with heterosexual Tom Cruise for publicity only.
Human rights activists and organizations throughout the world are unanimous in agreeing that Scientology Inc. and Scientology engages in crimes and human rights abuses. Ms. Holmes ought to examine the sinister business before she gets sucked in too deeply.
I was disgusted to see Tom Cruise go on and on about his never before felt love for a woman. What about his wife of 10 years? Most importantly, what about his children? Doesn’t he realize the impact of those words on his children. They must be hurt to hear their father has never felt love like this for their mother. I am so concerned for his children. He has put his needs before theirs. It’s truly sad.
Cruise seems deranged enough to actually think that this is going to work out. I kind of like it. She’s not a phenomenal actress, but maybe she’ll grow, she’ll certainly be getting a lot of scripts being with him, I read somewhere that she is going to be playing Edie Sedgewick (irony of his current girlfriend playing a role destined for his ex-wife not withstanding) it seems like they will both profit, plus, we can take a break from the Brad-Angelina and the lives seemingly destined for COPS of Britnney and that dancer guy.

When people are in love nobody minds when they profess their love to friends and make out in public. Why is everybody pointing a finger at Tom and Katie just because they are in the public eye?
Listen people,leave them alone to be happy.If they get married, so be it, if they have kids, so be it, if it does not last, so be it, but let them enjoy themselves.
I sincerely wish them all the best and hope that they get married and have kids for they make such a sweet and adorable couple, if you are honest to yourself and dont spend time thinking that just because Tom and Katie are in the public eye, you own them and have a say in their private lives.

It must have been blind love…adoration. Who knows..but they share two kids, and for their sake I hope Tom Cruise starts behaving like an adult and parent- not some love sick puppy. He is, after all, middle aged.

Here is a new low for hollywood…
After you meet with many hot young starlets (actually really good young actresses like Scarlet Johansen) who excuse themselves away from your agenda to recruit them to scientology, you come across a young and not-so-great-actress (Katie) you can easily control and who is googly-eyed by your fame and fortune. You are desparate after being turned down by soo many smart and very talented young women that when you meet with Katie, you strike her a deal she just can’t afford to refuse (since she’s nowhere close to being a memorable actress). It’s a great plan. And all you have to do is deny that this is at all false. You know that the world will be questioning your relationship, whether it is real or a publicity stunt to aid your (both) dwindling careers. So you make an offer: Be my girlfriend (so that I can appeal to the younger market), then be my fiancee (so that you will gain noteriety – of course, you will become famous because of being with me), then have my baby so that we can “prove” to the world that our “love” is “true.” We will go about in our “loving relationship” for about maybe five plus years and then part on “amicable terms.” That’s when you (Katie) can start dating younger men like Demi does, and I can continue to appeal to the younger crowd by dating the latest hot young starlets.
The most outrageously perfect publicity stunt.
I have no doubt in my mind that a desparate celebrity would have a baby just to “close” any queries about whether his/her relationship is a publicity stunt. They can afford to have a baby. We live in a world where people will do anything in their own best interest to make more money. People do, especially celebrities.
Here’s some common sense to all of you who believe that this relationship is honest and with good-will:
Getting pregnant after only a few weeks of meeting with a man with fame and a fat-wallet is based on superficiality, and not true love, the kind of love that Nicole had for Tom, until he decided he was tired of her, or until he realized that she was too much of a well-rounded intelligent and religiously-grounded family-oriented lady to convert her to scientology. He couldn’t even get Penelope Cruz to convert. Good girl, Penelope.
You notice that all the previous women he’s been with have turned down his attempts to convert them. These women are SMART!
Katie Holmes’ friends have warned her of Tom and his past and especially his dangerous cult, but she says that they aren’t really her friends if they feel this way. TRUE friends tell you what you don’t want to hear or realize. That’s what makes them True Friends.
I never found out why TOM and NICOLE broke up? Does anyone know?
