In 2020, when the internet is reduced to the size of a packet of frozen peas and unchecked knowledge from Wikipedia can be downloaded in to our brains in an instant, we?ll all look back and laugh. MySpace will be the musical equivalent of the 8-track. What was originally the biggest thing in the world in terms of social networking has been replaced by something where squirrels chirp out your thoughts.
Although people in the future will scrunch up their faces at the thought of ?MySpace? and the bad invest by Rupert Murdoch, it's still a cracking resource for music. Until we picked through the bum fluff, we wouldn't have discovered The Notes. The band sum themselves up better then we can after thinking about what to put. ?Early pop over post punk drums with shoegaze tendencies at short punk song length with dreamy female vocals?. Can we forget about The Kings Of Leon and listen to some home grown talent please? This is a step in the right direction:
