More Harry Potter Books Probably A Bit Inevitable: JK Rowling

Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows is published in less than a fortnight, and it’s going to be the last you ever hear from Harry Potter, at least until JK Rowling decides to write another one in a few years, which even she thinks she might.

Thanks to all kinds of people not quite realising that there are millions of other books in the world that aren’t about Harry Potter, a petition has been set up to urge JK Rowling to continue writing Harry Potter books after the publication of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows. And, responding to the petition, JK Rowling has said “never say never.” Thing is, though, isn’t Harry Potter supposed to die after a climactic fight with Lord Voldemort at the end of Deathly Hallows? Where is the Harry Potter story supposed to go after that? We can think of a direction, and we promise to add our names to the petition if there’s even a sniff of JK Rowling announcing a new Flesh-Eating Zombie Harry Potter book.
