Michael Jackson Dresses In Drag To Avoid Attention, Fails

Michael Jackson gets all the fun. If he’s not constantly in court, he’s getting accused of making giraffes stand around in pools of blood. And now he gets to dress as a woman too? Jammy bugger.

Moving to Bahrain was probably a way for Michael Jackson to escape the constant glare of media scrutiny that he would have no doubt had to deal with in America. But it hasn’t gone completely to plan - people still notice and bother him in Bahrain, too. Fortunately, Michael has a plan - he dresses up as an Arab woman. Unfortunately, his plan was rumbled. By some children.

Michael Jackson (CDs) sure does have some interesting character traits. Like announcing charity singles that never get made, and attracting lawsuits
all the time from everyone he’s ever met. And, you know, that whole
baby-dangling thing. But Michael Jackson has found a new way to be a
little bit odd - it seems that he likes to dress up as a traditional Arab woman to escape
attention.

In a move that seems to have been invented after too many late-night
Cannonball Run II sessions, Michael Jackson went shopping yesterday at
a popular downtown Bahrain mall disguised as an Arab woman - wearing a black abaya robe, black
gloves, sunglasses and a veil that covered his face.

You’d think that
Jackson’s Arab transvestite scam would pay dividends, but he made one
fatal mistake - not dressing the children accompanying him as tiny Arab
midget ladies. ABC reports:

The three Western-looking children accompanying him drew
the attention of other shoppers, who quickly recognised the pop
star of "Thriller" fame, a popular figure in the Gulf region.  "Please, no!" Jackson shouted to photographers before
making a rapid exit with the children and a woman via the back
door of the mall.

The woman accompanying Michael Jackson then apparently told photographers:

"You have to give us some privacy. Please, you have to
understand his position, he is with his kids … you need to
leave us alone."

Michael Jackson seems to be turning into Pete Burns more and more each day. There’s the fondness for excessive facial surgery, the attacks from animal rights groups and now all this dressing up as a woman malarkey.
