Michael Jackson Dead At Age 50

by David Schwartz on June 26, 2009 21 Comments

michael-jackson-deadMichael Jackson is dead, according to several news sources including TMZ and the LA Times.

The self-proclaimed King of Pop has reportedly suffered a massive cardiac arrest in his LA home and had stopped breathing by the time paramedics arrived.

Paramedics at the scene performed CPR on the 50-year-old, who was then transported to the UCLA Medical Center.

Wacko Jacko arrived in a deep coma, and attempts to resuscitate him have failed.

Jackson’s people have neither confirmed or denied the story at this stage.

We’ll obviously update this story when more detail is in.

P.S Congratulations to Sky for the best comment of the night: “The need to grieve will be coupled with the need to dance.”

Anyway, here is some video footage of Jacko being rushed to hospital.

I’ll be the first to say. Big deal. Watch the real news for tomorrow, something BIG is going to happen, but everyone will be too stupified by this.

He’s faking. Pretty soon the tabloids will have photos of him hanging out with Elvis.

OK, I said those concerts would not proceed as planned, but I didn’t see this coming. A truly showmanlike flakeout.

My thoughts exactly. I figured that there was no way that those concerts would come off as planned, but I didn’t think it would happen quite like this.

I was going to say that this was the end of the Michael Jackson freak show, but on second thought I suspect that there will be wierd stuff coming to the surface now that will drag on for years and put Anna Nicole Smith in the shade.

My boss is trying to welsh on our £10 bet about the gigs not happening, on the basis that it was implied he’d cancel, not die.

Sadly, I don’t know any good lawyers.

That’s ashame. He had some good music. More and more people are dying young.

May Michael Jackson rest in peace despite some of the negative things said about him.

I’ve just heard the rather pretentious statement by Michael Jackson’s brother announcing his death. It went something like: “My brother, the legendary King of Pop, passed away…….”

If, god forbid, my brother goes before me, I’m thinking of breaking the news by announcing, “My brother, the best warehouseman in the Kingston upon Thames PC World depot, passed away…..”

Anyway, for me the King of Pop will always be the orange bloke from the Tango advertisements.

um yeah i can’t believe that i’m just now seeing this, but i have to comment…. as long as you are still around NO THEY CAN’T!!!!. so why don’t you look at the fact that you don’t even know Michael, or anything he had to go through… don’t you know that’s one of the most popular things around… get mad at an adult and try to get what you can out of them and if they don’t give you what you want slap em with some child molestation charges yeah that will solve everything… you’ll just say that he/she(directed at any adult) molested you and you’ll either get what you want out of it… or you will send them to jail… um yeah i know plenty of young people that have falsely accused someone that they wanted something from in that way and tried to have them sent to jail lol but the joke is on them because they were acquitted of the charges… just like Michael…. BECAUSE THEY WERE INNOCENT. as a matter of fact i know someone that was accused by 2 different people at 2 different times and the charges were dropped because they were innocent and the kids that caused the huge headache their parents ended up having to pay for the court fees and the person’s legal fees. so until you have personally experienced this and he did that to you why don’t you keep your crude and unappreciated comments to yourself. if it were up to me, i’d have a law that is called “the accuser is the abuser” law, and when you accuse someone of something that you weren’t even there to witness, and you don’t know for a fact that it actually happened aka false testimony then you would automatically spend the amount of time that the accused would have gotten for the crime had they been found guilty of what you accused them of in prison… so why don’t you think before you speak because you are just showing the world how ignorant you are by saying something about something that you know nothing about.

I agree with Mandy and some of the other posters when I say y’all suck and y’all some haters drinkin’ that haterade. Mandy makes good points and so does bwmsn and others. Maybe y’all haters should spend your time researching instead hating so bad.

This day is a sad day for all, Let’s all take a moment to pray for the soul of a man apart. A Superstar, an Icon, a Legend… From his childhood, he rose to fame at the early age of 11 and won the hearts of millions… no, billions of fans, around the world. I personally mourn the passing of this great man. Although he was living the life of a King, there were trials in his life that he had to overcome. He was a tormented soul, but beyond all that, he still finds the love for the world. In my eyes, Michael is a kind man, that was misunderstood. I don’t care what the others have to say about him. He was the definition of greatness. No one can ever achieve the level that he has risen to. In Wyclef Jean’s words, “He is a musical God” that defined the very world of music that we all listen to and enjoy today. Without him, the world wouldn’t have the color that it has today. He has broken impossible barriers, he gave hope and inspiration to everyone. Michael, you are my hero. You will always be in our hearts forever. You will be remembered not as the person that has been the victim of false rumors and humility, but the Legend that reshaped our lives. You are the one and only King of Pop… We love you so much. May your soul find peace at last from the world that you dreamt of helping to find peace. In your quest for it, you haven’t realized, you already changed the world without you even knowing…

I am genuinely stunned and shocked. Something doesn’t seem quite right about this though. I’m convinced that it was probably some sort of overdose and not just natural causes. Maybe we will never know truly.

Oh well lets all look forward to lots more coverage, lots more conspiracies. Keep an open mind guys and don’t always listen to what the media and news say!

RIP Jacko

I personally ADORED Michael Jackson! His moves, his songs, his voice… Everything! I am absolutely devastated by this shocking news! Michael Jackson was an Idol, a Legend and a Superstar. His death has struck many people, all over the world. In Jackson’s upcoming concert there were 5o shows; and ALL of them were sold out. The people that baught the tickets are not only devastated because their money was waisted, but also because they wern’t going to see this Legendary Artist. News of Jackson’s death spread quickly online, causing many websites to experience technical difficulties following the unanticipated swell of users. Google announced technical difficulties after a sudden increase in searches for “Michael Jackson” led the company to believe it was under attack from hackers, while social networking site Twitter reported a crash after record numbers of users used the site to spread the news of Jackson’s death. AIM, an instant messaging service operated by America Online, collapsed for forty minutes. The company called it a “seminal moment in Internet history”

You are obviously not a Michael Jackson fan….BTW he is NOT the “self-proclaimed” King of Pop, Elizabeth Taylor was the one who called him that and it stuck.

all you’s Jackasses need to stop calling him Jacko, let him R.I.P TAKE A LOOK AT YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR

It’s very hard to know what to say about him, and how to say it. He was an influence on so many. Not only musically but also personally. I read some nice sentiments about his death I just read here:
