You know, it’s really no wonder that Lena Dunham and Taylor Swift are such good friends, given that they’re both the worst and most dangerous type of woman on the fucking planet. I’m talking about snooty, upper class, privileged white women that drape self-obsessed victimhood and exclusivity in the guise of ‘feminism’. (Yes, this is a woke af blog, deal with it).
While Taylor spent this year trying to play victim to Kanye West’s villain, Lena decide to publicly call out pro-athele Odell Beckham Jr. and play his victim…because he didn’t hit on her.
Lena Dunham interviewed Amy Schumer this past week and the two of them got to talking about the MET Gala back in May and how they weren’t really into it. Then shit got weird when Lena threw some shade at Odell Beckham Jr. for not being into her while they were sitting at the same table. She spewed this dumb shit:
I was sitting next to Odell Beckham Jr., and it was so amazing because it was like he looked at me and he determined I was not the shape of a woman by his standards. He was like, “That’s a marshmallow. That’s a child. That’s a dog.” It wasn’t mean — he just seemed confused. …
The vibe was very much like … ‘Is it wearing a … yep, it’s wearing a tuxedo. I’m going to go back to my cell phone.” It was like we were forced to be together, and he literally was scrolling Instagram rather than have to look at a woman in a bow tie. I was like, “This should be called the Metropolitan Museum of Getting Rejected by Athletes.”
So BASICALLY because Odell Beckham Jr. didn’t feel like chatting her up, Lena Dunham decided to go on this insane ‘feminist’ rant about how he didn’t even view her as a woman and rejected her because she’s not thin and wore a tux to the MET Gala.
This is literally the grossest fucking thing I’ve seen a celebrity white woman say about a celebrity black man since Taylor Swift’s bullshit dig at Kanye during her Grammy acceptance speech (I feel the need once again to remind you all that I’m white. Seriously, I watch SO Much Golden Girls and I really love fall).
Odell didn’t want to hit on you or really chat with you? Oh, well obviously he’s a sexist piece of shit. Or maybe it was one of these reasons:
- He really hates the show Girls and finds it pretentious and self-indulgent
- He’s read and seen interviews and, like many people, thinks you suck
- He read your book and thinks it’s mega weird that you put rocks in your little sisters vagina as a kid.
- He thinks yours and Taylor Swift’s white girl posse of exclusive feminism is bullshit and wonders why you don’t have any black friends. Maybe he thinks you’re racist (I mean, you are describing him in solely sexual terms, as if a black man can’t meet a white woman and not just dislike her because of her personality, it has to be because he isn’t sexually attracted to her because black man only think about sex when it comes to us white bitches, right).
- Maybe Odell felt really awkward at the MET Gala and isn’t great at making conversation in settings like this. Maybe he has really bad anxiety or gets uncomfortable around new people so he just flipped through his phone.
- Maybe he was really fucking tired and didn’t feel up for making conversation.
- Maybe something really shitty was going on in his life but he felt obligated to attend this prestigious event but didn’t want to do any of the bullshit mingling while there.
- Maybe, like so many other people, he thought being on Instagram was more interesting than talking to Lena fucking Dunham.
I could literally list 40 million more reasons why what she said was bullshit, but I think I’ve made my point.
Here’s the thing about women like Lena and Taylor: Do you not realize how fucked up it is for privileged white women to use their voices to play victim to black men (especially when said black men legit did NOTHING wrong. Kanye fucking CALLED you Taylor, and maybe Odell is REALLY into Candy Crush!)?! Have you hoes not read ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’???? Stop calling your obsession with victimhood Feminism, because it fucking ISN’T.
I have been hating on Lena Dunham for FOUR fucking years and each year my rage grows deeper. Is Girls off the air yet so this bitch can just got the fuck away?!

I really liked Lena Dunham when she first started her show. I thought hers was a really powerful voice for young women that are still in school, trying to make a life for themselves, establish their identity.. but the problem is that the identity that she has built for herself is rather much like her mother’s generation…. “I got mine so up yours” sort of feminism. So much potential so wasted.

She can make herself look bad. Nothing makes feminism look bad.

Feminism makes feminism look bad.

being a white woman should have no baring on the article neither should be being a black man they are all privileged way beyond the common person the issue is the feminist rhetoric you are questioning which i agree with. but you imply by bring up race that the same rhetoric has more validity when related to race. when in fact they are both the same victimized narratives. neither races or genders are responsible for anything, individuals are responsible for their actions and their experience are individual.
