I like Larry Birkhead. He appears to be a good man, who wants custody of his child. He did the right thing in trademarking his personal phrase to Anna, to make sure no one else made money off it. Nothing wrong with that.

Larry Birkhead is no different with Howard k Stern, he just uses Virgie Aurthur to get on board with all the circus. He is creepy and only in for the big $$$. So Dannielynn should be given to Virgie Arthur for the best her interest. She will be a lot better off with Virgie. TStern and Brikhead will just use the baby for the money and wont care at all. We dont want to happen again what happened to daniel and Anna.

No, You’re not the only ones who think Larry Birkhead is a creep. I’ve always thought he was, never having bought his pretty boy, I’m the Daddy scam. Anna Nicole Smith did not easily trust people, and she must have seen something early on in LB that triggered the desire to get away from him. Maybe she saw that he was gay, and she’d rather not parent with someone who duped her? Maybe she saw that he was a gold digger. Regardless, he’s trash. I don’t care if he is Dannielyn’s father, Anna didn’t want him to do any parenting. Let’s honour her wishes about that.

So what if he trademarked the phrase? The guy’s been fucked around by HK$ and ANS for MONTHS. It’s about time he started fighting back by any means
necessary. He’s probably doing it so his personal (albeit corny) words don’t end up in some cheesy movie of the week or in some song or anywhere else.
If he makes a few bucks in the process, then good for him!

And let’s not be hypocritical here. If you guys weren’t as wrapped up in the whole sordid mess as everyone else is you wouldn’t report on it.
Don’t try and act like you’re above ANYTHING.
