Jude Law Arrested For Assaulting Someone A Little

It must be tough being Jude Law, what with being named the Sexiest Man Alive, throngs of ladies wanting to have his babies, not quite winning any Oscars, and making millions of dollars starring in movies about being a womaniser who drives a limo, a womaniser who dates a stripper, and a womaniser in movies about Howard Hughes, and all.  

And so it only makes sense that the incessant worship and ridiculous amounts of money would drive Jude Law to grab a camera from a member of the paparazzi and possibly assault them, resulting in Jude Law getting himself arrested. Seriously, the nice photographer was probably just trying to get a picture for a kid with a tragic case of the consumption whose dying wish was to have a picture of Jude Law’s enraged face being partially obscured by his hand as it rips the camera furiously from the photographer’s face. Come on, Jude. Think about the children. 

Of all the things Jude Law should be arrested for, we don’t think manhandling a member of the paparazzi should be one of them. Think about it… he’s spent his days dating Sienna Miller, cheating on Sienna Miller with the nanny, breaking up with Sienna Miller, getting back together with Sienna Miller, and then getting back together and breaking up with Sienna Miller a few hundred more times. All valid reasons for Jude Law to be thrown in jail if you ask us, and then there’s that crime worthy of capital punishment known as his film The Holiday.  

Regardless of our feelings about legal matters, Jude Law turned himself in to the Marylebone police station on Tuesday night after charges of assault were filed by a photographer who claimed Jude Law roughed him up a bit on the streets of London while the actor was on his way to the British GQ Man of the Year Awards. So, by the power of deduction we can assume that Jude Law was being a bit belligerent, but all the while dressed to the nines and smelling absolutely heavenly. 

Now, before you get too excited about Jude Law being arrested and won't be able to make anymore womaniser movies from prison, we feel it’s our duty as professional, strikingly attractive, award-winning bloggers to inform you that Jude Law has already been released from jail. This saga will surely continue, though, as Jude Law appears to have a plan of retaliation in the works. E! Online reports: 

"Mr. Law provided the police with a statement regarding his denials of allegations by a paparazzi photographer against him and made his own allegations concerning the photographer," Law's attorney, Graham Shear, said. "Jude has the utmost respect for the police and whilst this is an ongoing matter, no further comment will be made." 

The least we can say regarding this incident with Jude Law is that for once it’s not about him hooking up with or cheating on someone. That is until a big-time news anchor decides to release a book exposing Jude Law and the photographer as lovers who both formerly dated a drugged-out, dead Playboy model, or something.
