Jennifer Aniston Officially Wears Clothes Quite Well

Digg this!

Jennifer Aniston Best Dressed PeopleJennifer Aniston has been through the ringer this year – having seen her personal dredged through the media and starring in a bunch of genuinely terrible films – but at least she's done all that in nice clothes.

That's right – Jennifer Aniston has been named the best-dressed person of the year. And, yes, we know that Kate Moss has also been named best-dressed person of the year, but Jennifer Aniston has been named best-dressed person of the year by People magazine which means, er, it means… look, it means People magazine thinks that Jennifer Aniston has some nice clothes, OK?

All of Jennifer Aniston's problems seemed like they happened so long ago now. Back then it was all pity party this and sick twisted Bermuda triangle that as Jennifer Aniston broke up with Brad Pitt and gave all his stuff to a charity shop for kicks as revenge for knocking up Angelina Jolie.

And lately things have been looking better for Jennifer Aniston. Instead of bitching and complaining incessantly about Brad Pitt, she's been bitching and complaining about Vince Vaughn and how they aren't married and how Oprah isn't buying them a wedding and how she isn't pregnant and how you're all just a bunch of insane bull-eaters. This is the stuff that makes Jennifer Aniston happy. Throw in a movie so lousy that it actually made us want to die – that's The Break Up, kids – and Jennifer Aniston is in heaven; so overjoyed, in fact, that she's even willing to teach other recently-split celebrities how to bitch and whine in the correct way.

But you know what would make Jennifer Aniston the happiest princess in all of the world? Being told by a weekly tabloid magazine that she dresses well, that's what. And it's happened – People magazine has voted Jennifer Aniston as the best-dressed woman in the world, beating the likes of Halle Berry and monkey-kissing Jessica Alba. Here's what People's executive editor Elizabeth Sporkin has to say about Jennifer Aniston's uncanny ability to wear some clothes:

“She has a fashion sense that is very accessible. She wears jeans and T-shirts and blazers. She dresses like a regular person, and her evening wear, if you were going to an event, you would think you could really dress like her.”

Of course, Jennifer Aniston has some way to go before she dresses as well as Kate Moss, who is so good at wearing clothes that publications literally can't stop hurling best-dressed awards directly at her head every time she goes outside, but at least Jennifer Aniston's mantlepiece won't be dominated by that award that called her a man any more.
