Anyone going to a concert in the next seven days better pad themselves up, because this week sees the start of a tour by the King Of Pain, the Archbishop of Anguish, a man who inspires such fierce loyalty in his disciples that they’re happy to snap the neck of anyone who doesn’t look as if they are 500% devoted to their icon.
