Well, those are words I never thought I would type, but here with we are with my proclaiming that David Schwimmer won the internet in 2018. What a time to be alive.
Back in October, a store in London revealed security footage of a man who looked just like Ross Gellar himself robbing their store. Of course, the internet went wild.
As you can see from the picture, the thief definitely looks a lot like Schwimmer. More importantly, it looks a lot like Schwimmer when he played Ross like 20 years ago. I mean, what’s with that hair
Anyway, while most celebs might just make a funny tweet response to something like this happening (if they responded at all), Schwimmer went the extra mile and made a spoof video of himself “robbing” a store in New York City. Schwimmer said along with the video:
“Officers, I swear it wasn’t me. As you can see, I was in New York. To the hardworking Blackpool police, good luck with the investigation #itwasntme.”
Oh great, now that damn Shaggy song is stuck in my head. SMDH.
