Oh look! A new feature on hecklerspray! Yes indeed. In an lame attempt to make friends with you after all the abuse we’ve been dishing out, we’re now giving away Spotify Playlists for you to listen to. To show that our door is open, we’ll be inviting you, dear reader, to submit your own choices for tracks based around themes and genres.

The first playlist we’re giving you is focusing on punk. We’re talking ’70s as opposed to ’60s garage fuzz or ’90s bands.

That means you can gob all over yourself while listening to Richard Hell & The Voidoids, Buzzcocks, The Saints, The Ramones and a whole load more!

We’ll be doing this every Tuesday and next week’s will be looking at the theme of ‘misery’. So give us suggestions for the most miserable tracks ever made, or indeed, songs about misery in the comments or over at Twitter (link for that below)
