Eurovision Odds - Latvia and Lituania

Singing for Latvia will be Karlis Bumeister and Valters Fridenbergs. Ever wonder what happened to Granny’s curtains after she died? By the look of things, Karlis and Valters have made them into suits! The song they will be performing is The War Is Not Over. "If only we would start believe in dreams", they sing. hecklerspray doesn’t want to believe in our dreams, because we’d be believing in trying to get the cast of Last Of The Summer Wine to take an exam, while all the time getting younger and younger. Lithuania (pop. 3,607,899; a republic in northeastern europe)
The entrants for Lithuania are Laura And The Lovers, a sexy young woman and three nondescript older men, though hopefully not all of them are actually her lover. Laura gained her rockstar expetise by watching Placebo. Words fail us. Their song is called Little by Little. "I see that look in your eyes each time you touch me". Mentally, we have the image of Laura singing this to Brian Molko and, frankly, it’s freaking us out. Current odds - 119/1
