That’s clearly not the case, though - the song is a tender lament about a miserable bloke with super-acute nasal abilities: “Sometimes the wind brings a good, familiar smell,” it goes. Now, perhaps that’s an old Israeli proverb that we haven’t heard, but regardless we’d like to invite Boaz to our house - he needs to learn that quite often the only smell the wind brings is a sort of rotting fish smell from the local petrochemical factory.
