Time for some more Eurovision Song Contest 2006 betting odds, where we talk about mediocre singers wailing broken English from countries you've never even heard of.

There are only a few words to describe to you how much we love Eurovision here at hecklerspray. Some of those words include 'slightly', 'moderately' and 'grudgingly'. But is that going to stop us from placing bets all over the Eurovision Song Contest this year? No flipping way is it.

Belgium (pop. 10,309,725; a country in western Europe) - Kate Ryan, Je t'adore. The Belgians are crowing that Kate Ryan is the most famous-ever Eurovision entrant for them, a fact only slightly compounded by the fact that nobody we know has any clue who the hell Kate Ryan is. Jack Bauer yes, Kate Ryan no. Kate Ryan's song is Je t'adore - an English song with a French title. It basically goes "blah blah blah blah fly, blah blah blah blah sky, blah blah blah blah wish, blah blah blah blah kiss." We're not fans, so it'll do well. Current Eurovision betting odds - 14/1

Bosnia & Herzegovina (pop. 3,922,205; a mountainous country in the western Balkans) - Hari Mata Hari, Lejla. Bosnia & Herzegovina have got a long way to go to top last year's Feminnem, three girls who stole our hearts and haven't given them back yet. This year, Hari Mata Hari will try and win Eurovision, even though he's a middle aged man and not three sexy girls. His song Lejla (Layla) is - gulp - surprisingly touching. There's a strong chance that he's singing about a kind of pigeon, though. And that's just weird. Current Eurovision betting odds - 12/1
